The Annual Conference of the International Bar Association – IBA 2020 VIRTUALLY TOGETHER is held between November 2 and 27.
Last Wednesday, the first sessions of the Insolvency Section (IS) of the IBA took place, in which we had the honour to participate.
The panels bore the following titles: Cross-border tort claim driven insolvencies, Saving non-tangible assets. Congratulations for all distinguished speakers: Barbara Rumora-Scheltema, Sakate Khaitan, James McKinnell, David Steinberg, Marshall Huebner, Nina Martins, Maris Kandestin, DavidHeems, JustinYip.
There were also two open Session Networking Hubs.
At the end of the day, the eminent guest speaker – Martin Luther King III gave his presentation.
