Jagoda Wojciechowska

Jagoda Wojciechowska is a lawyer and a Qualified Restructuring Advisor, specialising in restructuring and insolvency law, as well as the founder and President of the Management Board of Centrum Restrukturyzacji i Upadłości Sp. z o.o. (RBBC).

For more than 10 years, she has been involved in conducting insolvency proceedings, supporting both entrepreneurs and individuals in debt restructuring and debt relief processes.

In her professional practice, she conducts both formal restructuring proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings, acting as an office holder in such proceedings, and advises entrepreneurs in restructuring processes carried out outside court proceedings.

She specialises in matters requiring advanced legal and economic analysis as well as proceedings of a high degree of complexity. Her experience also includes matters involving an international element (cross‑border cases) requiring coordination of activities across multiple jurisdictions.

During her career, she also gained professional experience at BlackRock, one of the world’s largest asset management institutions.

For several years, she has been actively involved in the work of international legal organisations. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where she serves as an Officer within the Insolvency Section, cooperating with experts from around the world on projects concerning restructuring law, insolvency law and creditors’ rights.

She is also a member of INSOL Europe and the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors, contributing to the development of professional standards and practice within the field of insolvency law.

In her professional activity, she focuses on delivering effective legal solutions tailored to each client’s situation, combining experience in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings with an international perspective and a practical approach to economic challenges.
