Krzysztof Jabłoński

Krzysztof Jabłoński is a licensed restructuring advisor (licence no. 2189) and Director of the Restructuring Department at RBBC. He specialises in restructuring law, insolvency law, and commercial law, focusing on providing legal support to entrepreneurs experiencing financial difficulties.

He has been associated with RBBC for over four years, where he is responsible for conducting and coordinating restructuring proceedings.

In his professional practice to date, he has successfully conducted more than a dozen arrangement approval proceedings, as well as numerous bankruptcy proceedings, including several dozen consumer bankruptcy proceedings.

His professional activity includes comprehensive support in restructuring proceedings both at the pre‑court stage and during court proceedings, in particular in the field of negotiations with creditors and the performance of duties of restructuring officers acting as Arrangement Supervisor, Court Supervisor, and Sanation Administrator.
