Michał Bielicki
Michał Bielicki is a Partner, Commercial Proxy (Prokurent) and lawyer at RBBC, specialising in insolvency law, including consumer bankruptcy matters.
He has been associated with the firm for four years, where he supports both consumers and entrepreneurs in proceedings related to insolvency and bankruptcy.
In his professional practice, he is responsible for preparing bankruptcy petitions, representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and handling cases following the declaration of bankruptcy, including supervision over the implementation of creditors repayment plans and the performance of arrangements approved by the court.
At RBBC, he participates in conducting bankruptcy proceedings and continuously develops his expertise in bankruptcy and restructuring law. In his practice to date, he has co‑conducted several hundred bankruptcy proceedings.
His professional activity also includes matters in the field of civil law and commercial law, in particular cases concerning fraudulent transactions (actio pauliana), company formation, and company register proceedings.
