From 2 to 27 November, the annual conference of the largest international bar association, IBA 2020 VIRTUALLY TOGETHER, is taking place.

Last Wednesday, the first sessions of the bankruptcy section took place, in which we had the honour of participating.

The panels were entitled: Cross-border bankruptcies related to tort claims, Protection of intangible assets in bankruptcy proceedings.

Congratulations to the speakers: Barbara Rumora-Scheltema Sakate Khaitan, James McKinnell, David Steinberg, Marshall Huebner, Nina Martins, Maris Kandestin, David Heems Nina Martins, Justin Yip.

There were also two open networking sessions.

At the end of the day, one of the guests of honour, Martin Luther King III, also made an appearance.
