Announcement of Sale of a Share in Developed Land Real Property
The Bankruptcy Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Grzegorz Sulkowski invites all interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of a 20/32 share (twenty thirty-seconds) in the ownership right to developed land real property located at Święcice Stare No. 14, Mała Wieś Municipality, Płock County, Mazowieckie Voivodeship, designated in the land register as cadastral plot No. 108, with an area of 0.0900 ha, for which the District Court in Płock, 6th Land and Mortgage Register Division, maintains Land and Mortgage Register No. PL1P/00135338/8.
The starting price is PLN 35,120.50 (thirty-five thousand one hundred twenty Polish zlotys and 50/100), and this is the lowest price at which the asset forming part of the bankruptcy estate may be sold.
DEADLINES
Offers must be submitted by 30 July 2026, by 10:00 a.m., to the Trustee at ul. Grudziądzka 74-76, suite 101, 87-100 Toruń, or sent by registered mail through a postal operator.
Important: The date of receipt by the Trustee’s office shall be decisive.
The examination of offers shall take place on 31 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Trustee’s office at ul. Grudziądzka 74-76, suite 101, 87-100 Toruń.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFERS
The offer should include:
1. Detailed information identifying the bidder, including contact details;
2. The offered price;
3. Proof of payment of the bid security deposit;
4. Declarations confirming:
• acceptance of the regulations;
• that the bidder has reviewed the condition of the Subject of Sale and accepts it;
• consent to the exclusion of statutory warranty rights, the right of return, and the right to withdraw from the agreement;
• that the bidder does not belong to the group of persons referred to in Article 157a(2) of the Bankruptcy Law.
BID SECURITY DEPOSIT
Participation in the private sale procedure is conditional upon payment of a bid security deposit by 30 July 2026 in the amount of PLN 3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred zlotys and 00/100) to the bank account specified below:

The private sale shall be conducted in accordance with the Regulations, which are available at the Trustee’s registered office.
The Trustee states that information on the sale, together with the Regulations and the valuation report/appraisal, will be available on the website: www.rbbcenter.com/ogloszenia, as well as at the Trustee’s office in Toruń at ul. Grudziądzka 74-76, suite 101.
