Notice of Invitation to Submit Offers for the Purchase of an Opel Combo-C Vehicle
The bankruptcy trustee of Łukasz Świderski invites all interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of an Opel Combo-C passenger vehicle, registration number CB 625RK, VIN W0L0XCF0684208390, year of manufacture 2008, date of first registration: 13 March 2008, with compulsory third-party liability insurance valid until 14 July 2027.
The starting price is PLN 2,500.00.
The vehicle does not start. The power steering system and clutch require replacement.
DEADLINES
Offers must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 30 July 2026, either in writing to the bankruptcy trustee at the following office address:

PLEASE NOTE: THE DATE AND TIME ON WHICH THE OFFER IS RECEIVED BY THE BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE SHALL BE DECISIVE.
The offers will be reviewed at 12:00 noon on 30 July 2026 at the bankruptcy trustee’s office at ul. Grudziądzka 74–76, Unit 101, 87-100 Toruń, Poland.
BID SECURITY
No bid security deposit is required.
The bankruptcy trustee reserves the right to discontinue the offer collection process at any stage.
INSPECTION
The vehicle may be inspected by prior arrangement made by email at biuro@rbbcenter.com. The bankruptcy trustee reserves the right not to permit individual inspections and to set a single joint inspection date for all interested parties.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFERS
Each purchase offer must be prepared in Polish and include:
- The offeror’s full name and PESEL identification number or Tax Identification Number (NIP). Where the offeror is an entrepreneur, a legal person, or an organisational entity without legal personality but having legal capacity, the offer must also include the full business name and the NIP or National Court Register number (KRS), where the entity is entered in the National Court Register.
- The offeror’s complete contact details, including a correspondence address, email address and telephone number, as well as the offeror’s signature.
- The offered price, stated in Polish zlotys, and a payment deadline not exceeding seven days from the date on which the offer is selected.
- The following additional declarations:
– acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sale;
– acceptance of the condition of the subject of the sale;
– acceptance of the exclusion of the statutory warranty for defects;
– consent to the processing of personal data for purposes connected with conducting the sale.
The sale is not subject to value-added tax (VAT), but it is subject to tax on civil-law transactions.
