Notice of Sale of a One-Half Share in a Developed Real Property in Wąbrzeźno

The Bankruptcy Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Jerzy Szablewski invites all interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of a 1/2 (one-half) share in the ownership title to a developed land property consisting of one cadastral plot, No. 415/2, located at 11 Spokojna Street in Wąbrzeźno, for which the District Court in Wąbrzeźno maintains Land and Mortgage Register No. TO1W/00001950/3.

The asking price is PLN 126,798.00 (fifty-six thousand seven hundred and twenty-seven zlotys 00/100) and constitutes the minimum price at which the asset forming part of the bankruptcy estate may be sold.

DEADLINES

Offers must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 6 August 2026 to the Bankruptcy Trustee – Centrum Restrukturyzacji i Upadłości sp. z o.o., ul. Grudziądzka 74–76/101, 87-100 Toruń, or sent by registered mail via a postal operator.

Please note: The date on which the offer is received by the Bankruptcy Trustee’s office shall be decisive.

The offers will be reviewed on 7 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bankruptcy Trustee’s office located at ul. Grudziądzka 74–76, Unit 101, 87-100 Toruń.

FORMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFERS

The offer should include:

– detailed information about the bidder, including contact details;
– the offered purchase price;
– proof of payment of the bid security deposit;
– the following declarations:

– acceptance of the terms and conditions;
– confirmation that the bidder has examined the condition of the property offered for sale and accepts it;
– consent to the exclusion of statutory warranty liability, the right of return, and the right to withdraw from the agreement;
– a declaration that the bidder does not belong to any of the categories of persons listed in Article 157a(2) of the Bankruptcy Law.

BID SECURITY DEPOSIT

Participation in the private sale procedure is conditional upon payment of a bid security deposit in the amount of PLN 12,700.00 (twelve thousand seven hundred zlotys 00/100) by 6 August 2026 to the bank account specified below:

The private sale will be conducted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions available at the Bankruptcy Trustee’s registered office.
